Student accounts: any July roster student (or Commander test login).
Devices: one phone + one laptop. Instructor: Joyce or Mister B.
Expect auto-join banner within 5-10 seconds after LIVE. If >30s = FAIL.

Instructor — Open instructor-portal or host-control. Press LIVE until class_live is ON.
PASS: Live indicator shows ON
Student phone — Login student-portal. Do NOT tap Join Live. Wait for CLASSROOM LIVE — auto-joined.
PASS: Banner auto-joined · no Join button
Student laptop — Same student or second July student. Same auto-join. Check URL has no room code.
PASS: Auto-joined · URL clean
Instructor — QUEUE TO PHONES a review/game URL (not exam). Phones should auto-open controller.
PASS: Controller opens · shared_buzzer mode
Instructor — QUEUE an exam URL if testing privacy. Expect phone_private (no shared board answers).
PASS: Exam stays phone-private
Instructor — RETURN TO PROJECTOR.
PASS: Phones show snap-back banner
Student — Exit to Study Hall. Confirm solo when LIVE is off.
PASS: Solo/study hall works
